How am I billed?

Do you charge for streams?

Basically we limited the amount of streams for free accounts.

What is your SLA?

Gaonic provides a 99.99% Uptime SLA. Lost time is refunded back to your account at the hourly rate incurred.

What form of payments do you accept?

Currently only the free plan is open. We will consider in the future opening other plans.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account anytime through the admin setting. Gaonic will hold the account for another week. If the user will not enter after the cancelation to his account Gaonic will delete it completely.
